Opening of the Finnish Institute in Damascus, Syria

The weekend will include a festive opening of the Institute and its premises in the Old City of Damascus and sessions for cooperation in research, education, and business. The Finnish Institute in Damascus is an academic institute funded by the Ministry of Education in Finland. The Institute promotes research and dialogue between cultures.

COOKINGMED

The project consists in a virtual presentation of the main traditional recipes of the countries ALF. It will also study how the different gastronomy influenced the local gastronomy habits. The various recipes and the results of the study will be included in the web site
